My students love a good questionnaire.

Students will each get a personalized question to survey their class.

Questions like :

-What is your shoe size? What is your height?

-What is your favorite subject? What is your grade in that class?

-How healthy do you feel 1-10 (1, not healthy-10 feels super healthy)? How many apples have you eaten this week?

-What month number is your birthday? What is your favorite color?

-What time do you wake up in the morning? How long does it take you to get ready?

Students will discover positive, negative, or no correlation from their survey.

Once they finish the survey, students will create a poster to graph, reflect and design a cover for their findings. Students will also practice mean, median, mode, and range on one of their comparisons.

Includes:

-Thirty different surveys to share with students

-Poster size graph, table, and work shown area

-Mean, median, mode, and range questions

-Four reflection questions.

-Poster rubric with the example key

-Standards

Please review and share any feedback from your students or yourself.
