IS IT LUCK?

$3.99

Creating class norms can be challenging, but this activity takes discovery math to a new level!

In this activity, students need to discover patterns on their own! This game takes the pressure off the instructor and more on the students.

I always tell students, “I am the undefeated champ of this game. I am going to win EVERY TIME!” As you can imagine, this makes the student’s competitive side come out. Can you “beat” the champ?

Let students play in teams of two to discover that this game is luck or skill.

Students discover that the teacher knows things, but it is much more rewarding when they learn them on their own.

Includes:

-Standards and Instructions (Picture included)

-2 60minute lessons

-Four levels of the game (19 pages)

-Answer keys for the teacher

-Reflection questions for all students

-Boards to play the game on their papers
